HB 370 amends Article 3 of Chapter 32 of
Title 36 of the OCGA by adding Code Section 36-32-41. 36-32-41 states that the
Council of Municipal Court Judges of Georgia can create and oversee saving
plans and deferred compensation for members in good standings. The plans are
optional, funded solely by the individual contributions of the members of the
councils who choose to participate, cannot create debt or financial obligation
for the state, and cannot create fiduciary liability. |
